Take5 steps to Wellbeing
In school , we are aware that all our pupils have missed a considerable amount of school time over the past 12 months. Not only has this impacted upon them academically but socially and emotionally also. In order to try and go some way in addressing this, the school will be introducing the 'Take5 steps to Wellbeing' programme during the remainder of this term. It will involve several strands identified in the leaflet. We will be informing our Primary 3-7 pupils there are five simple steps to help maintain and improve your wellbeing. We will ask them to try and build these into their daily life –thinking of them as their ‘five a day’ for wellbeing. In school we will be discussing the key areas and looking at ways they can carry out these steps.
