Safer Internet Week
Safer Internet Week is underway, and our Digital Leaders got things started with an engaging and informative assembly this morning for the whole school. The theme this year is, ‘Too good to be true? Protecting yourself and others from scams online.’
The Digital Leaders put in lots of effort preparing their presentation, and it was packed with important tips and advice on how to spot a scam and what we should do if we think something may be a scam. They also launched a poster competition and booked slots with the teachers to read online safety books to each class. This week will be packed full of activities for all the children in school! Well done Digital Leaders!
Parents, you can find more information on keeping your children safe online, including advice on scams, at websites like www.internetmatters.org and https://saferinternet.org.uk/guide-and-resource/parents-and-carers
