RISE NI .Breathe Workshops

Well done to our Primary 6 girls who just completed their 4 week .breathe programme with RISE NI. The programme focused on well-being, confidence, resilience and regulation strategies. Mr Woods presented their certificates today to mark the end of Children’s Mental Health Week. A huge thanks to Maria and Claire for their their insightful and engaging workshops.
