P5 and P6 Avail of Healthy Eating and Fitness Workshop.

On Tuesday afternoon, P5 and P6 pupils welcomed Tessa and Eimear from The Dairy Council. Pupils discussed, through a very interactive workshop, what it takes to be fit and healthy. Pupils thoroughly enjoyed the session and left the hall energised and clear on how best to keep in good shape, inside and out. Well done to all the pupils who took part and got stuck into the workshop from start to finish.
