Declan Carville KS2 Workshops

We were delighted to once again welcome local children's author Declan Carville to our school today. Declan is the author of 12 children's books and he held two workshops with our KS2 pupils. The children especially loved the story of ‘Nelly Fandango.’ Declan discussed how he develops ideas for his novels and how the illustrations are brought together. He also held a special transition workshop for the Primary 7 pupils. Declan was very impressed with the children and their brilliant questions..
