A special visitor tomorrow…..

‘Twas the nigh before Sam came, and all through the school. 
Not a creature was stirring, not even a P2.

The bunting was hung in the assembly hall with care,
In hopes that Armagh heroes soon would be there.

The children were sleeping, all snug in their beds, 
While visions of Sam Maguire danced in their heads.

When from Shean Hall, there arose such a clatter,
We looked out of our classrooms to see what was the matter.

We couldn’t believe it, we were amazed!
A flash of silver! We gasped and we gazed.

On Sheridan, on Hall, on McKay, on Burns,
With the Sam Maguire, we’ll all take our turns.

So let’s get ready to roar and to cheer!
All Ireland champions, the best team of the year!
